Invisible Text Generator

One-click invisible text and blank space generator. Copy zero-width characters to send blank messages, bypass text limits, and format like a pro.

Method 1 — Copy invisible text

Choose how many invisible characters you need, then copy them with one click.

Resultㅤ

1 invisible character sits between the brackets — nothing shows, which is correct.

Method 2 — Turn your text invisible

Paste any text and it becomes an invisible string of the same length — useful when a field needs to look filled without showing anything.

Paste the invisible text you just copied. Some apps delete blank characters when a field is saved, so this confirms the character survived the trip.

What is an Invisible Text?

Invisible text is text built from Unicode characters that carry no visible shape. Each one occupies a position in a string and counts toward a length check, yet draws nothing on screen. That is why a blank name works: the app sees one character and accepts it, while everyone reading sees empty space.

The space bar produces U+0020, and nearly every platform trims that character from the start and end of a field before saving. The invisible characters below are not spaces. Hangul Filler is a Korean typography placeholder and Braille Pattern Blank is an empty Braille cell, so a validator treats each as an ordinary letter. The table below lists the ones people use most, with the HTML entity for each if you are building something yourself. Scroll it to see them all, and hover any example to copy that character straight from this invisible text generator.

Where to Use Invisible Characters?

Invisible characters are useful anywhere a field refuses to stay empty or collapses the spacing you want. These are the places people paste output from a blank text generator most often.

Instagram

Blank bio lines

Instagram collapses empty lines in a bio. One character on each blank line holds the spacing open.

TikTok & WhatsApp

Empty messages

Both reject a message of pure spaces. A single one sends as an apparently empty message.

PUBG & Free Fire

Invisible names

One blank character passes the minimum-length rule while showing nothing on the scoreboard.

Discord

Spacing and layout

Used to indent channel names and nicknames, and to sort a channel to the top of a list.

Roblox

Display names

Support is narrower than in most games — Hangul Filler is the only reliable option here.

Forms and spreadsheets

Required fields

Blank text fills a mandatory field that has nothing to put in it, without leaving visible placeholder text.

Which Invisible Character Works Where?

Not every invisible character survives every app, and this is where most people get stuck. A field that accepts invisible text on one platform silently deletes it on another, so it is worth knowing which one to reach for before you open the generator.

Start here

Hangul Filler (U+3164) is the safest invisible character overall. It is full-width, so it survives Instagram bios, TikTok, WhatsApp, Discord, PUBG, Free Fire and Roblox.

If that fails

Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800) is the best fallback and often behaves better inside comment boxes, though some games reject it during name validation.

For splitting words

Zero-Width Space (U+200B) adds no width at all. It is useful for breaking a long word, but WhatsApp and most games strip this invisible character when the field is saved.

For ordinary sentences

No-Break Space (U+00A0) keeps two words together and will not collapse. It is the most natural choice inside running text and on Threads.

Avoid by default

Zero-Width No-Break Space (U+FEFF) was designed as a byte-order mark. It is invisible everywhere but the most likely of all to be stripped.

Always confirm

Compatibility shifts as platforms update. Paste your blank text back into the test box of the invisible text generator above to see exactly which code point survived.

How to Use Invisible Text?

Copy an invisible character from the invisible text generator above, then paste it where you need it. These three examples cover almost every use of invisible text.

BEFOREEmpty lines are removed,so the bio runs together.AFTEROne invisible character perblank line holds the gap.
Break up a bioPaste one character on each empty line. Without it the lines collapse; with it they stay apart.
SPACE ONLYDISPLAY NAMEName cannot be emptyThe form trims U+0020before it validates.INVISIBLE CHARACTERDISPLAY NAMESavedCounts as one character, renders as nothing.
Make a blank nameClear the field completely, then paste a single character. A space alone is trimmed and the form rejects it.
BLOCKEDSend stays disabled.SENTAn empty-looking message.
Send an empty messagePaste into the message box. The send button activates and the message arrives looking blank.

One habit is worth forming: after pasting, reload the page or reopen the profile. If it is gone, that app stripped the character and you should try another. The test box in the invisible text generator tells you exactly which code point survived.

Why Use Our Invisible Character Tool?

Honest compatibility

This invisible text generator says where each character works, where it is unreliable and where it is stripped, instead of promising it works everywhere.

Two ways to generate

Copy a set number of them, or convert your own text into a blank string of the same length.

Built-in testing

Paste your result back to confirm it survived, and see exactly which code points arrived.

Nothing leaves your device

All invisible text is generated in your browser. No upload, no account, no logging.

No limits

The blank text generator makes up to 2,000 characters at a time, free, with no sign-up and no watermark.

Works on any device

This invisible character generator runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop, with nothing to install.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an invisible character?

An invisible character is a real Unicode character that renders as nothing. Your browser and the app both read it as text, so it satisfies a field that requires content, but nobody sees anything. That is the whole trick: it is not an empty string, but a character that happens to be blank.

Why did my invisible text disappear after I saved?

Most apps strip blank characters when a field is saved rather than when you type, so it looks fine until you reload. Zero-width ones are removed most often. Hangul Filler (U+3164) survives in the widest range of apps because it is full-width rather than a space.

Which invisible character should I use?

Start with Hangul Filler (U+3164). If an app rejects it, try Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800), which tends to behave better inside comments. Use Zero-Width Space (U+200B) only when you need to split a word without adding width.

How do I make a blank name in PUBG, Free Fire or Roblox?

Copy one character, open the rename field, delete the existing name completely, then paste. The game counts it as a valid one-character name while other players see an empty space. Pasting several sometimes fails the validation.

Can I send an empty message on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp rejects a message of ordinary spaces but accepts a blank Unicode character. Copy one from the invisible text generator above, paste it into the message box and send it.

Is my text stored or uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is generated in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you type or paste leaves your device, there is no account, and no input is logged.

Will using invisible characters get my account banned?

These are ordinary Unicode characters, not an exploit, and using one in a bio or username does not breach the terms of the major platforms. Pasting hundreds into comments can still trip spam filters, so use only as many as you need.
